Happy summer, my lovelies! Turns out, Devin’s Den Publications is a new press that is getting even hotter with their second title! If you weren’t sweating before, you soon will be!
Cole has struggled all of his life to get what he wants, but now his dreams of owning his own business are coming true. There’s just one little catch. His uber-rich friend Zachary has offered financial help in exchange for Cole’s services as his submissive. It’s supposed to be a mutually beneficial relationship. That’s all Cole keeps telling himself each time he gives Zachary control over his more than willing body. It all seems like the perfect arrangement until Cole’s heart gets in the way. If he says anything, it may ruin what he’s worked so hard for. But if he doesn’t…how will his Dom ever know how he feels?
The house was extremely dim for late afternoon. All the shades were drawn, and the lights were off. Cole turned slightly to his left and entered the living room.
“On your knees.”
Zachary’s voice called to him from the shadowy dark. It was definitely familiar, but different, somehow. More stern.
Cole did as he was told and got down on his knees.
“Good boy,” Zachary said in a breathless whisper.
Footsteps sounded throughout the room. Cole felt someone slinking up behind him. Strong hands squeezed his shoulders. Fingers brushed through his dark, spiky hair. He felt hot breath on the back of his neck.
He felt warm lips just at the edge of his right ear.
“You look so hot in your suit. I bet it’s the only one you own, isn’t it?”
“I can’t hear you,” Zachary said sternly.
“Yes, it is. Sorry, I didn’t know I was supposed to answer…I…”
“Shh. That’s enough.”
He felt Zachary slowly slide the blazer off Cole’s shoulders and let it fall to the floor. His hands glided over Cole’s chest, unbuttoning the first button of his crisp white dress shirt.
Cole closed his eyes as Zachary moved his hand inside his shirt, feeling his heaving chest before pinching his nipples. They grew hard and sensitive, but Cole refrained from gasping in pleasure.
He felt Zachary’s nose pressing against the back of his neck, taking in the scent of him. Then it all stopped.
Cole wondered if he’d done something wrong. He was about to question what was happening when Zachary’s voice stopped him.
